Shuttle Service – Race to the Sea

BIKE TRANSPORT & SHUTTLE SERVICEs

Echelon Bike Transport & Move My Bike will be providing a convenient shuttle and bike transport service for the 50 and 100 miler races. Bike transport will be from JHB to Race to the Sea and back. Morning and afternoon shuttles from Hermanus to Franschoek and Wolwekraal are also available on race day.

100-MILER SHUTTLE SERVICE

Move my Bike, Bike Transport is available to transport your bikes from Gauteng to Race To The Sea and back.

Bicycle Transport from JHB to Franschhoek(Race venue)

Cost is R1450 (Return).
Bikes to be dropped off at your desired drop point latest 12:00 on Tuesday 27^th August.
You will be added to a Whatsapp group for all comms.
Bikes can be collected at the race venue on Friday 30^th August (time to be confirmed).
Bikes to be handed in after you cross the finish line.
All bikes can be collected at your drop off point from Tuesday 3^rd September.

Please note that the bicycle transport to KING PRICE RACE TO THE SEA is at your own risk. Make sure your bike is insured and insurance is informed of the service.

Morning Shuttle – Hermanus to Franschhoek

Cost R800 includes rider and bike transport.
All bikes are to be dropped with the Move My Bicycle Transport Vehicle at Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate (The finish venue) on Saturday 31st August 2024 at 4AM.
All bikes are transported fully assembled and will not be stripped.
The Shuttle Bus will leave Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate at 4:30AM sharp.

By booking the Shuttle and bike transport with Move My Bicycle Transport, I indemnify that Move My Bicycle Transport nor Race To The Sea organizers will take responsibility for any loss or damage caused during the Shuttle and Bicycle Transport service. It will be at the risk of the client.

Afternoon Shuttle – Hermanus to Franschhoek

Cost R800 – includes rider and bike.
There will be a shuttle leaving at 3pm, and another at 5:30pm from Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate to Huguenot Memorial Museum.
Bikes will be transported back to Huguenot Memorial Museum with the Shuttle.
All bikes are transported fully assembled and will not be stripped.

Afternoon Shuttle – Hermanus to Wolwekraal

AFTERNOON SHUTTLE AFTER THE RACE FROM Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate BACK TO :

Cost R800 – includes rider and bike.
There will be 2 Afternoon Shuttles on event day. Shuttle times will be communicated closer to the event to everyone who books the service
Bikes will be transported back to the start of halfway with the Shuttle.
All bikes are transported fully assembled and will not be stripped.
