I, hereby agree to participate in the King Price Race to the Sea (hereinafter referred to as “the Race”), a 100-mile race event organised by Faces (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”). In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Race, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

Commitment to the Race:
a. I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the Race and commit to completing the full 100-mile course.
b. I understand the physical and mental challenges associated with the Race and training and accept full responsibility for my decision to participate.

Assumption of Risks:
a. I acknowledge that participating in the Race involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, injury, adverse weather conditions, and unpredictable terrain.
b. I understand that the Race may take place on public roads or other areas open to normal vehicular traffic, and I assume all risks associated with running in such areas.
c. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure my physical fitness in and preparedness for the Race, including obtaining any necessary medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Release and Indemnity:
a. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Race.
b. I agree to indemnify and defend the Organizer, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and partners against any claims or actions brought against them by third parties arising out of my participation in the Race.

Photography and Publicity:
a. I grant the Organiser the right to use any photographs, videos, or other recordings taken as part of the campaign during the Race in which I may appear, for promotional or marketing purposes, without any compensation to me.
